TOURING TUSCANY IN SPORTS CARS
Within one day you will get to try four different italian supersport car icons, including Ferrari 296 GTB, Ferrari Roma, Maserati MC20 and Lamborghini Huracán EVO Spyder. The 250 kilometres driving tour will help you get to know the character of each car and come to know Tuscany such as few can.
ENJOY A HOT-AIR BALLOON FLIGHT
It starts very early in the morning, when the weather conditions are best, and you can enjoy a view of the sunrise. On a peaceful flight over the Chianti region, you will have a bird’s eye view of the towns of Poggibonsi and San Gimignano, countless vineyards, and many paths lined with cypress trees. In the open air after landing, you will enjoy a breakfast made with local ingredients.
LEARN TO COOK TUSCAN SPECIALTIES
A team of Tuscan “grannies” will teach you to prepare typical Italian dishes in the open air on a farm. You start by preparing an antipasto, such as fresh homemade, hand-rolled pasta (tagliatelle, tagliolini or pappardelle) or gnocchi served with a sauce of fresh vegetables and herbs. This is followed by a lesson in preparing the main course – chicken with Vin Santo or home-grown saffron, fresh aubergine, paprika or courgette. The final course is a traditional Tuscan dessert. At the end of the cooking class, you can enjoy your dishes with some Chianti Colli Senesi.
CHIANTI TASTING AT A FIFTEENTH CENTURY CASTLE
You can look forward to a short visit to a fifteenth century castle, followed by tasting of Chianti wines from its own Castelo Meleto vineyards. After the wine tasting, a three-course evening meal awaits you in the castle’s wine cellar.
AUTHENTIC ACCOMMODATION
You will be accommodated in an ancient stone village which was established in the Middle Ages. In 1992, the village was rebuilt into a five-star resort, which is now part of the Relais & Châteaux chain. The complex contains two restaurants, a spa & wellness centre and an outdoor pool. “Borgo” is in the Chianti region and will be your home for four nights.
DAY-BY-DAY PROGRAMME
Individual arrival at the airport in Florence. Your transfer to the hotel will be arranged. In the afternoon, you will rest in your hotel, then at 19:00 we will start with a welcome aperitif, followed by an evening meal together in the hotel restaurant Poggio Rosso.
Overnight stay at a five-star resort Borgo San Felice.
After a rich breakfast, we will meet at the front of the hotel, where you will be briefed on the drive. The tour will take you to the regions northwest and south of Siena as well as to the Chianti region for a lunch with Mr.Cecchini in a small town called Panzano in Chianti. In the afternoon you will be taken to famous Chiantigiana. To finish the day, we will take you to a castle called Castello di Meleto, where you will get to enjoy a traditional dinner and wine Chianti from the castle production.

In the morning you can relax or enjoy one of the following activities: a morning panoramic flight in a hot-air balloon over the Tuscan landscape combined with a picnic breakfast, or an enjoyable wellness & beauty package at the hotel. You will cook lunch for yourselves at a local farm, supervised by Tuscan chefs who will teach you to prepare a traditional three-course menu. In the afternoon you will visit San Gimignano and in the evening you can look forward to a dinner at the hotel restaurant Poggio Rosso.

PACKAGE INCLUDES
- Rental of four supersport cars including Ferrari, Lamborghini and Maserati for a day, with a travel limit of 250 km, including insurance with a deductible, delivery and return of the car to and from your hotel, fuel for the tour and service by the accompanying team.
- Accommodation at a five-star hotel for three nights, Premium Deluxe double room with a hearty breakfast, two persons per room.
